目的：完善课程体系结构，提高教学水平，促进学生就业。方法：通过查阅文献、专家访谈和对28家医院临床调研，结合中职医学检验技术专业培养目标，进行课程结构优化，建立更加贴近工作岗位群的课程体系，用于实际教学后，评价其对教学的影响。结果：实施优化后的课程体系，学生的综合素质有明显的增强，突显了我校“434”人才培养模式，提高了学生的就业率。结论：该研究动态性的阐明了课程体系变化必须与市场需求一致、课程模块选择必须依据职业培养方向的工作岗位群发展方向。
