目的:探讨预防接种异常反应发生的规律,评价疫苗的安全性,改善预防接种的服务质量,增强公众对预防接种的信心。方法:对2008~2011年吉林市疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统报告的453例接种一类疫苗后发生异常反应的病例进行统计分析。结果:453例疫苗接种异常反应病例中一般反应378例,异常反应53例,无疫苗事故;百白破无细胞疫苗报告例数最多为213例,占47.0%;≤l岁组异常反应例数为216例,占总例数的82%,2~6岁组72例,占15.9%;就医后痊愈者136例,占30.0%;好转者312例,占68.9%。结论:吉林市疾病预防控制中心自2008年使用AEFI监测系统以来,AEFI检测的敏感性明显提高,异常反应的防治效果显著。由于异常反应的发生原因是多方面的,还应从加强疫苗质量的监管、提高接种人员的培训等方面入手,进一步降低异常反应的发生率。

Objective:To explore the causes of AEFI so as to find ways to reduce the AEFI incidence .Methods:Statistical analysis was conducted for the 453 cases who had adverse events following immunization from 2008 to 2011 in Jilin city.Results:378 cases were commom,abnormal reaction were 53 cases,To DPT AEFI report the first number .Among them,targets aged≤1 year accounted for 82%;Aged from 2 to 6 account for 15.9%;136 AEFIs were cured and 312 were getting better.Conclusion:The surveillance of AEFI informa-tion management system has good sensitivity in Jilin city , the AEFI monitoring sensitivity and timeliness is better .The causes for the ad-verse events are various .The quality of vaccines should be improved , training for inoculators must be strengthened , in order to reduce the incidence of the adv erse events .
