目的：对难治性癫痫患儿行胼胝体切开术，确定胼胝体切开术对难治性癫痫患儿癫痫发作的控制程度和疗效，并评价此术式在控制儿童难治性癫痫全面性发作方面的安全性。方法：入选患者是我科自2008年～2012年收入院的4例癫痫患儿，4例均行胼胝体切开术，评价其术后癫痫控制情况和并发症。结果：4例患儿癫痫发作频率均减少50％以上，达到100％有效；其中3例癫痫患儿癫痫发作减少80％以上，占总数的75％。4例癫痫患儿均未出现术后并发症。结论：胼胝体切开术对儿童难治性癫痫的癫痫发作次数的控制有显著的疗效，且对小儿进行外科治疗不会严重损害其认知功能。
목적：대난치성전간환인행변지체절개술，학정변지체절개술대난치성전간환인전간발작적공제정도화료효，병평개차술식재공제인동난치성전간전면성발작방면적안전성。방법：입선환자시아과자2008년～2012년수입원적4례전간환인，4례균행변지체절개술，평개기술후전간공제정황화병발증。결과：4례환인전간발작빈솔균감소50％이상，체도100％유효；기중3례전간환인전간발작감소80％이상，점총수적75％。4례전간환인균미출현술후병발증。결론：변지체절개술대인동난치성전간적전간발작차수적공제유현저적료효，차대소인진행외과치료불회엄중손해기인지공능。
Objective:The corpus callosotomy can reduce seizure frequence and severity when children's seizures are refractory to medications .This study evaluate the efficacy and safety of the surgical operation for children's seizures .Methods:All of the four patients with epilepsy,underwent an anterior corpus callosotomy without other forms of epilepsy surgery .To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the surgical operation for children's seizures.Results:For those with a corpus callosotomy ,100%had >50%decrease in the frequency ,and 75%had >80%seizure reduction .Conclusion:The corpus callosotomy is effective in reducing children's refractory seizures ,compared to other epilepsy surgeries ,corpus callosotomy is accociated with greater safety .
