目的：研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年人急性胆囊炎病人中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年9月～2013年2月开展的42例65岁以上老年急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果：42例65岁以上老年人急性胆囊炎成功的完成了腹腔镜胆囊切除术40例，有2例中转开腹手术。结论：经过精心的术前准备与手术风险评估后，腹腔镜胆囊切除术适宜于老年人急性胆囊炎胆囊切除术，也能取得安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快的优点。
목적：연구복강경담낭절제술재노년인급성담낭염병인중적응용개치。방법：회고성분석아원2009년9월～2013년2월개전적42례65세이상노년급성담낭염행복강경담낭절제술적림상자료。결과：42례65세이상노년인급성담낭염성공적완성료복강경담낭절제술40례，유2례중전개복수술。결론：경과정심적술전준비여수술풍험평고후，복강경담낭절제술괄의우노년인급성담낭염담낭절제술，야능취득안전、유효、창상소、회복쾌적우점。
Objective:to research the applied value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on elderly patients with acute cholecystitis .Meth-ods:To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 42 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on elderly patients over age 65 with acute cho-lecystitis from Sep.2009 to Feb.2013.Results:40 cases elderly patients over age 65 with acute cholecystitis were implemented Successful by the laparoscopic cholecystectomy , 2 cases were converted laparoscopic cholecystectomy to laparotomy .Conclusion:After careful preop-erative preparation and operation risk assessment , laparoscopic cholecystectomy was Suitable for the elderly with acute cholecystitis and was safe,effective,less injury, rapid recovery.
