目的：探讨人工全膝关节表面置换治疗重度骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年12月间将32例（35膝）重度骨性关节炎患者的病例资料，对所有患者进行术后随访8～12个月，以 HSS评分评价治疗效果。结果：32例（35膝）患者手术均顺利，无关节感染、松动，按照膝关节HSS评分标准，优23例、良7例、可2例。所有患者膝关节功能均得到一定的改善。结论：人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗重度骨性关节炎疗效，能显著提高临床效果，改善患者生活质量，值得在临床上应用和推广。
목적：탐토인공전슬관절표면치환치료중도골성관절염적림상효과。방법：회고성분석2010년1월～2012년12월간장32례（35슬）중도골성관절염환자적병례자료，대소유환자진행술후수방8～12개월，이 HSS평분평개치료효과。결과：32례（35슬）환자수술균순리，무관절감염、송동，안조슬관절HSS평분표준，우23례、량7례、가2례。소유환자슬관절공능균득도일정적개선。결론：인공전슬관절표면치환술치료중도골성관절염료효，능현저제고림상효과，개선환자생활질량，치득재림상상응용화추엄。
Objective:To study the clinical effects of artificial total knee replacement in patients with severe osteoarthritis .Methods:32 cases of 35knees were enrolled and analyze all the data retrospectively .Results:All patients were followed up for 8-12 months( mean months ) .According to the HSS score, 23 cases was in excellent , 7 cases was in good , 2 cases was in poor .The overall excellent and good rates was 93.75%.There was no joint infection, loosening and other complications .The fuction of all patients'knee got some improve-ment.Conclusions:The treatment of severe osteoarthritis with artificial total knee replacement has significant clinical effects .It can im-prove patient's quality of life and worthy to apply and promote clinically .
