目的:观察脑梗塞大鼠IL-1βmRNA表达,探讨中药活脑康配合电针联合治疗方法对脑梗塞大鼠的免疫干预作用。方法:取健康Wistar大鼠(280~350g)120只,随机分为5组:正常对照组(A)、模型组(B)、中药活脑康组(C)、电针组(D)和中药活脑康配合电针联合治疗组(E),每组6只,各治疗组按治疗时间再分4组,分别为治疗2d、4d、6d和8d,每组6只。采用腔内线栓法复制脑梗塞模型,通过RT-PCR法观察各组实验大鼠脑组织IL-1βmRNA表达情况。结果:B组大鼠IL-1βmRNA表达显著高于A组(P<0.01);治疗2天后,与B组比较,C组和E组大鼠IL-1βmRNA表达明显下降,与D组和B组比较差异有显著性( P<0.05);治疗4 d后,各治疗组大鼠IL-1βmRNA表达均明显下降, E组疗效显著,且维持到治疗6 d和8 d后,与C组、D 组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗塞大鼠脑组织内IL-1βmRNA表达显著升高,电针在治疗早期效果显著,针药结合方法可在治疗中后期维持这种治疗作用,进而控制炎性损伤,促进脑组织修复;随着治疗时间的延长,这种优势更加明显。

목적:관찰뇌경새대서IL-1βmRNA표체,탐토중약활뇌강배합전침연합치료방법대뇌경새대서적면역간예작용。방법:취건강Wistar대서(280~350g)120지,수궤분위5조:정상대조조(A)、모형조(B)、중약활뇌강조(C)、전침조(D)화중약활뇌강배합전침연합치료조(E),매조6지,각치료조안치료시간재분4조,분별위치료2d、4d、6d화8d,매조6지。채용강내선전법복제뇌경새모형,통과RT-PCR법관찰각조실험대서뇌조직IL-1βmRNA표체정황。결과:B조대서IL-1βmRNA표체현저고우A조(P<0.01);치료2천후,여B조비교,C조화E조대서IL-1βmRNA표체명현하강,여D조화B조비교차이유현저성( P<0.05);치료4 d후,각치료조대서IL-1βmRNA표체균명현하강, E조료효현저,차유지도치료6 d화8 d후,여C조、D 조비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론:뇌경새대서뇌조직내IL-1βmRNA표체현저승고,전침재치료조기효과현저,침약결합방법가재치료중후기유지저충치료작용,진이공제염성손상,촉진뇌조직수복;수착치료시간적연장,저충우세경가명현。
Objective:To observe IL-1βmRNA expression of the rats with cerebral infarction ,explore the im-mune interventional effect by Chinese medicine and electro -acupuncture treatment .Methods:Healthy Wistar rats weighing 280~350 g were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group ( A group ) ,model group (B group),Chinese medicine group (C group), electro-acupuncture group (D group) and Chinese medicine and electro-acupuncture group ( E group ) , each group with six rats .C~E groups according to the treatment time were divided into four groups secondly , respectively they were 2 d and 4 d, 6 d and 8d groups after the treatment.We prepared the rats of cerebral infarction by blocking on the right side of the brain artery of rats;observe the expression of IL -1βmRNA of rats after treatment .Results:IL-1βmRNA of group B was signifi-cantly higher than that in group A(P<0.01);Compared with group B, IL-1βmRNA expressions of group C and E were declined obviously after treatment , and the difference was significant ( P<0 .05 );After four days of treatment , IL-1βmRNA expression of each treatment group was significantly decreased .Group E was signifi-cant, and maintain for the treatment lasted six days and eight days , compared with group C and D (P<0.05). Conclu soi n:IL-1βmRNA expression of group B significantly increases ,and the effect of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of early stage is remarkable , and the combination of acupuncture with medicine can maintain the treatment effect in the late , then control inflammatory damage and promote brain tissue repairment , as the extension of treatment time , this advantage is more apparent .
