以菠萝品种‘巴厘'的果实为试材,研究果蜡处理对低温贮藏下采后菠萝激素的影响,结果表明:果蜡处理降低了冷藏菠萝果实脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)和玉米素(ZR)含量,增加了吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量,并且ABA 和GA含量均与冷害指数极显著相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别是0.879和0.909。表明低温胁迫下采后菠萝的ABA和GA与抗冷性密切相关,果蜡处理降低了ABA和GA含量,从而提高菠萝抗冷性。

Pineapple (cv. 'Comte de Paris') fruit were used to investigate the effects of wax treatment on the hormones of harvested fruit under low temperature storage. The main results were as follows: wax treatment decreased the levels of abscisic acid (ABA), gibberellin (GA) and zeatin riboside (ZR), and increased the level of indoleacetic acid (IAA) in the fruit during cold storage. The changes in ABA and GA levels might be the key factors in determining the cold resistance of pineapple fruit during the cold storage, remarkable significant positive correlations between chilling injury index and ABA level (R=0.879), and GA level (R=0.909) were observed (P<0.01). Wax treatment caused reductions in both ABA and GA levels, and improved the cold resistance of pineapple fruit.
