以4位卤素取代的邻苯二甲酸酐,2-氨基-2-甲基丙腈和全氟异丙基苯胺为起始原料,合成了14个未见文献报道的4位卤素取代的含七氟异丙基的新型邻苯二甲酰胺类化合物。通过1H NMR和ESI-MS确定了中间体和目标化合物的结构。生物活性测试表明,此类化合物对鳞翅目害虫具有非常好的杀虫活性,其中化合物5c和5n在0.8 mg/L质量浓度下对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的致死率仍然达到100%。

14 novel 4-halogan phthalic diamides containing heptafluoroisopropyl were synthesized by using substituted 4-halogan phthalic anhydride, 2-amino-2-methylpropionitrile and heptafluoroisopropyl aniline as starting materials. The structures of intermediates and target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and ESI-MS. The bioassays showed that these compounds possessed good insecticidal activities against lepidoptera pests. The mortality ratio of compounds 5c and 5n against Plutella xylostella were 100% at the concentration of 0.8 mg/L.
