“潮课”在我国高校已兴起了一段时间。“潮课”的盛行有其内在逻辑，这些课程形式新颖，内容时尚，对学生具有较强的吸引力。然而新建本科院校的公选课课程体系设置仍存在一些问题，也面临着一些机遇和挑战。现阶段，我们要从课程体系、课堂教学、教学实践三个方面对新建本科院校公选课课程进行改革研究。

The“fashionable course”has risen for a period of time in our colleges. There is the inherent logic behind its preva-lence. These courses with new forms and fashionable contents have much more attraction to students. However,the elective course sys-tem of new undergraduate colleges still has some problems but is also confronted with opportunities and challenges. Now,we shall re-form the elective course system in the new undergraduate college from three aspects,i. e. course system,class teaching and teaching practice.
