介绍了电石渣回收乙炔装置的工艺流程，分析了该装置在运行过程中出现的问题，并提出了解决方案。河南神马氯碱发展有限责任公司30万t/a PVC装置（未满负荷开车），乙炔气回收量约100 m3/h ，全年节省电石2857 t ，创经济效益970万元以上。

Process flow for the recycling of acetylene from carbide slags was introduced .Prob-lems occurred during operation were analyzed .Taking the 300 kt/a PVC production plant of Henan Shenma chlor -alkali Development Co .,Ltd .for example ,about 100 m3 acetylene could be recy-cled per hour ,calcium carbide of 3 857 tons could be saved per year ,and thus 9 .7 million RMB￥economic ef fects could be produced pear year .
