目的：综合评价新疆乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院儿童保健工作质量，为儿童保健工作决策提供科学依据。方法收集儿童保健工作质量相关指标，运用TOPSIS法结合综合指数法对新疆乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院2008-2012年儿童保健工作质量进行综合评价。结果 TOPSIS法结果显示调查医院儿童保健工作质量呈上升趋势，其中2012年最优。2008-2012年儿童工作质量综合指数分别为6．29、7．75、14．26、17．30、29．65。结论调查医院儿童保健工作质量5年间逐年改善，与客观实际相符。
목적：종합평개신강오로목제시모삼갑의원인동보건공작질량，위인동보건공작결책제공과학의거。방법수집인동보건공작질량상관지표，운용TOPSIS법결합종합지수법대신강오로목제시모삼갑의원2008-2012년인동보건공작질량진행종합평개。결과 TOPSIS법결과현시조사의원인동보건공작질량정상승추세，기중2012년최우。2008-2012년인동공작질량종합지수분별위6．29、7．75、14．26、17．30、29．65。결론조사의원인동보건공작질량5년간축년개선，여객관실제상부。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for the policy-making process in child health care by com-prehensively evaluating the performance of health care for children in a Third-level grade-A hospital .Meth-ods Relevant indicators should be collected and the quality of child health care was measured with TOP-SIS and Comprehensively evaluated by Comprehensive Index Method .Results The TOPSIS method re-sults showed that our hospital child health care quality has been improved from 2008 to 2012 ,the best of which is in 2012 .The composite index in each year is listed as follows :6 .29 ,7 .75 ,14 .26 ,17 .30 and 29 .65 .Conclusion The result has shown that the hospital child health care quality has been gradually im-proved during these five years w hich is in accordance with the real situation .
