Latrodectus tredecimguttatus spiders toxin%calcium gluconate%analgesia
目的:观察预先静脉注射葡萄糖酸钙溶液,对间斑寇蛛毒致痛大鼠行为学的影响;评估葡萄糖酸钙溶液对抑制间斑寇蛛毒致痛作用的疗效。方法将雄性SD大鼠80只随机分为葡萄糖酸钙治疗组与致痛组,治疗组大鼠预先尾部静脉注射葡萄糖酸钙溶液,两组大鼠随机分为5组,分别以低剂量(10μL/kg )、中低剂量(40μL/kg )、中剂量(100μL/kg )、高剂量(300μL/kg )的间斑寇蛛毒素及福尔马林(10%甲醛溶液)进行足底注射,观察记录两组大鼠注射后2、15、30 min及2 h缩足、舔足次数。结果(1)中低剂量组和高剂量组的蛛毒致痛大鼠缩足次数在15 min内均高于福尔马林致痛组,然而30 min却低于福尔马林致痛组(P <0.05);(2)15 min时致痛组及治疗组大鼠缩足次数均与毒素浓度呈显著的正相关( r2=0.597,P<0.05;r2=0.426,P<0.05);(3)葡萄糖酸钙治疗组与各毒素致痛组相比,大鼠缩足次数均减少(P <0.05)。结论间斑寇蛛毒素致痛大鼠的作用相对于福尔马林在30 min内更为强烈,但是30 min后则较福尔马林组有所减轻,预先静脉注射葡萄糖酸钙的方法对间斑寇蛛毒致痛有明显的镇痛作用。

목적:관찰예선정맥주사포도당산개용액,대간반구주독치통대서행위학적영향;평고포도당산개용액대억제간반구주독치통작용적료효。방법장웅성SD대서80지수궤분위포도당산개치료조여치통조,치료조대서예선미부정맥주사포도당산개용액,량조대서수궤분위5조,분별이저제량(10μL/kg )、중저제량(40μL/kg )、중제량(100μL/kg )、고제량(300μL/kg )적간반구주독소급복이마림(10%갑철용액)진행족저주사,관찰기록량조대서주사후2、15、30 min급2 h축족、첨족차수。결과(1)중저제량조화고제량조적주독치통대서축족차수재15 min내균고우복이마림치통조,연이30 min각저우복이마림치통조(P <0.05);(2)15 min시치통조급치료조대서축족차수균여독소농도정현저적정상관( r2=0.597,P<0.05;r2=0.426,P<0.05);(3)포도당산개치료조여각독소치통조상비,대서축족차수균감소(P <0.05)。결론간반구주독소치통대서적작용상대우복이마림재30 min내경위강렬,단시30 min후칙교복이마림조유소감경,예선정맥주사포도당산개적방법대간반구주독치통유명현적진통작용。
Objective This study was designed to observe behaviors of rats which were given calcium gluco-nate intravenously after the rats were poisoned by the toxic components from Latrodectus tredecimguttatus spiders and the analgesia function of calcium gluconate was evaluated .Methods 80 male SD rats which had been injected with calcium gluconate beforehand were randomly divided into five groups ,and then they were given spider toxin and formalin with low dose (10 μL/kg) ,sub-medium dose (40 μL/kg) ,medium dose (100 μL/kg) ,and high dose (300 μL/kg) respectively .The nociceptive response and flinching times were observed and recorded .Results (1) The flinching times were more frequent in sub-medium dose group and high dose group than those in formalin group in 15 minutes ,however ,less frequent than those in formalin group in 30 minutes (P<0 .05) .(2) The fliching times caused by pain had significant positive correlation with concentration of spider toxin (r2 = 0 .597 , P < 0 .05 ,r2 = 0 .426 , P <0 .05) .(3) The flinching times were reduced in the calcium gluconate treatment group (P <0 .05) .Conclusion The pain caused by Latrodectus tredecimguttatus spiders toxin was more intense than that caused by formalin in 30 minutes .However ,it was relieved after 30 minutes .Therefore ,the pain caused by Latrodectus tredeci-mguttatus spiders toxin could be relieved significantly when the calcium gluconate were given beforehand .
