目的：探讨头针疗法对脑卒中后轻度血管性痴呆（MVD）的影响。方法：60例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均进行西医常规治疗，观察组配合头针疗法治疗，用简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）和蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）进行评定。结果：MMSE总分、MoCA总分观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组MMSE总分、定向力、计算力、语言评分、MoCA总分、空间/执行功能、命名及语言定向力评分较治疗前提高（P＜0.05），对照组仅MMSE定向力评分、MoCA空间/执行功能及定向力评分较治疗前提高（P＜0.05）。结论：头针疗法可改善脑卒中后轻度血管性痴呆症状。
목적：탐토두침요법대뇌졸중후경도혈관성치태（MVD）적영향。방법：60례안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조각30례。량조균진행서의상규치료，관찰조배합두침요법치료，용간역지능정신상태검사량표（MMSE）화몽특리이인지평고량표（MoCA）진행평정。결과：MMSE총분、MoCA총분관찰조명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。관찰조MMSE총분、정향력、계산력、어언평분、MoCA총분、공간/집행공능、명명급어언정향력평분교치료전제고（P＜0.05），대조조부MMSE정향력평분、MoCA공간/집행공능급정향력평분교치료전제고（P＜0.05）。결론：두침요법가개선뇌졸중후경도혈관성치태증상。
Objective:To study the effect of scalp acupuncture therapy on post-stroke mild vascular dementia (MVD). Method:According to random number table, 60 cases were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine therapy. The observation group were combined with scalp acupuncture therapy. After the treatment, they were examined with MMSE and MoCA. Result:The total score of MMSE and MoCA of the observation group were superior to that of the control group significantly (P<0.05). In the observation group, the total score of MMSE, the score of orientation, calculating ability and language, the total score of MoCA, spatial executive function, the score of command and language orientation of post-treatment were superior to that of pre-treatent(P<0.05) while in the control group, just the score of orientation in MMSE, spatial executive function and the score of orientation in MoCA were superior to that of pre-treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture therapy is beneficial to improve MVD symptoms.
