目的：探讨TNF-α-308基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。方法以聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性的方法检测65例胃癌患者和130例非胃癌患者的TNF-α-308基因位点多态性。结果 TNF-α-308有3种基因型，分别是G/G、G/A和A/A；3种基因型在病例组和对照组中所占的比例分别为86.15%、13.85%、0和86.92%、12.31%、0.77%；以G/G型为参照， G/A、A/A型胃癌发病的危险分别增加1.8倍(95%CI：0.6~4.4)和2.6倍(95%CI：0.8~6.1)。结论 TNF-α-308基因位点多态性与胃癌的发生无关。
목적：탐토TNF-α-308기인다태성여위암역감성적관계。방법이취합매련반응-한제성편단장도다태성적방법검측65례위암환자화130례비위암환자적TNF-α-308기인위점다태성。결과 TNF-α-308유3충기인형，분별시G/G、G/A화A/A；3충기인형재병례조화대조조중소점적비례분별위86.15%、13.85%、0화86.92%、12.31%、0.77%；이G/G형위삼조， G/A、A/A형위암발병적위험분별증가1.8배(95%CI：0.6~4.4)화2.6배(95%CI：0.8~6.1)。결론 TNF-α-308기인위점다태성여위암적발생무관。
Objective To investigate the correlation of the polymorphisms of the TNF-α-308 gene with the susceptibility of gastric cancer. Methods The genetic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of 130 normal subjects and 65 gastric cancer patients in Henan Province. TNF-α-308 polymorphisms were analyzed using PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results The genotypes of TNF-α-308 alleles were G/G, G/A and A/A;the frequencies of genotypes in patients were 86.15%, 13.85%, 0, and the frequencies in controls were 86.92%, 12.31%, 0.77%;contrast the genotype of G/G, TNF-a-308 G/A carriers were at an increase risk of gastric cancer with an odds ratio of 1.8 (95%CI:0.6-4.4), and TNF-α-308 A/A were at an increase risk of gastric cancer with an odds ratio of 2.6 (95%CI:0.8-6.1). Conclusion TNF-α-308 gene polymorphism does not associate with the risk of gastric cancer in this area.
