髌股关节是构成膝关节的重要组成部分，髌骨、股骨滑车及周围软组织的病变都会影响髌股关节的稳定性。随着现代医学科学的进步及医疗器械的发展，与髌股关节不稳定的疾病已得到了充分的认识。本文就目前髌股关节不稳定的诊断治疗研究进展做一综述。

Objective Patellofemoral joint is constitute an important part of the knee joint,Patellar lesions、Patella and femoral trochlear and surrounding soft tissue lesions. With the progress of modern medical science and the development of medical devices, with patellofemoral joint instability of disease has got fully understanding. In this paper, the current diagnosis and treatment of the patellofemoral joint instability is reviewed.
