目的：观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床体会。方法：将80例消化性溃疡患者随机分成对照组与治疗组各40例，分别采用单纯口服西药治疗和中西医结合治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为95．0％。对照组为87．5％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡有较好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical experience of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:80 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each group,were treated with single oral administration of Western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and West-ernmedicinetreatment.Results:thetotalefectiverateoftreatmentgroupis95%.87.5%inthecontrolgroup,thetwogroups,thediferencewasstatisticalysignificant(P <0.05).Conclu-sion:combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine has bet er curative ef ect in treatment of peptic ulcer.
