目的:进一步研究电子支气管镜检查术后发热特点与肺结核的相关性。方法:选取我院于2010年1月~2013年4月收治的400例经过电子支气管镜检查患者,术后发热患者共112例,根据病理诊断将其分成3组,即结核组71例、肺癌组17例、其他组24例;术后未发热的288例,其中157完整病例和细胞因子检测患者为对照组。观察术中操作过程并检查血常规及体温的变化。结果:结核组术后发热占有率为17.8%,高于肺癌组和其他组(P<0.05);结核组发热患者的平均体温、出现时间、持续时间均优于肺癌组和其他组(P<0.05);结核组术后的中性粒细胞比值低于肺癌组和其他组(P<0.05);结核组的支气管镜检查时间、术中出血量明显高于肺癌组和其他组(P<0.05)。结论:肺结核患者通过电子支气管镜检查术后出现发热症状较多,引起术后发热的原因与术中出血量,手术时间和气管受损等有关。

목적:진일보연구전자지기관경검사술후발열특점여폐결핵적상관성。방법:선취아원우2010년1월~2013년4월수치적400례경과전자지기관경검사환자,술후발열환자공112례,근거병리진단장기분성3조,즉결핵조71례、폐암조17례、기타조24례;술후미발열적288례,기중157완정병례화세포인자검측환자위대조조。관찰술중조작과정병검사혈상규급체온적변화。결과:결핵조술후발열점유솔위17.8%,고우폐암조화기타조(P<0.05);결핵조발열환자적평균체온、출현시간、지속시간균우우폐암조화기타조(P<0.05);결핵조술후적중성립세포비치저우폐암조화기타조(P<0.05);결핵조적지기관경검사시간、술중출혈량명현고우폐암조화기타조(P<0.05)。결론:폐결핵환자통과전자지기관경검사술후출현발열증상교다,인기술후발열적원인여술중출혈량,수술시간화기관수손등유관。
Objective:To further study the correlation of the heating characteristics and postoperative pulmonary tuberculosis electronic bronchoscopy .Methods:in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 April were 400 cases with electronic bronchoscopy patients , postopera-tive fever in patients with a total of 112 cases, according to the pathological diagnosis will be divided into three groups , namely the tuber-culosis group 71 cases, 17 cases of lung cancer , the other group of 24 cases;288 cases without postoperative fever , which detection of pa-tients with 157 complete cases and cytokine for the control group .Changes in operating process and examined blood and body temperature were observed.Results:the tuberculosis group postoperative fever share of 17.8%, higher than the lung cancer group and the other groups (P<0.05);tuberculosis group patients with fever of average temperature , time of occurrence, duration were better than the lung cancer group and the other groups (P<0.05);tuberculosis group postoperative neutrophil ratio lower than the lung cancer group and the other groups (P<0.05) bleeding time;bronchoscopy, of tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that of the lung cancer group and the other groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis by electronic bronchoscope postoperative fever symp -toms more, cause postoperative bleeding heating reason and in the operation , operation time and airway etc .
