贫困大学生作为弱势群体,获得国家、社会、高校等多方主体的经济支持后,精神需求也逐渐凸显,需要实现由“助学”到“助人”的转变,这是当前高校全面服务大学生成长成才的重要课题。经济因素、学习环境、人际关系、情感问题、就业问题等导致贫困大学生精神压力,需要从转变物质支持方式、倡导思想互动、突破交往障碍、优化就业服务积极构建精神支持体系。
貧睏大學生作為弱勢群體,穫得國傢、社會、高校等多方主體的經濟支持後,精神需求也逐漸凸顯,需要實現由“助學”到“助人”的轉變,這是噹前高校全麵服務大學生成長成纔的重要課題。經濟因素、學習環境、人際關繫、情感問題、就業問題等導緻貧睏大學生精神壓力,需要從轉變物質支持方式、倡導思想互動、突破交往障礙、優化就業服務積極構建精神支持體繫。
빈곤대학생작위약세군체,획득국가、사회、고교등다방주체적경제지지후,정신수구야축점철현,수요실현유“조학”도“조인”적전변,저시당전고교전면복무대학생성장성재적중요과제。경제인소、학습배경、인제관계、정감문제、취업문제등도치빈곤대학생정신압력,수요종전변물질지지방식、창도사상호동、돌파교왕장애、우화취업복무적겁구건정신지지체계。
As the disadvantage group, the poor college students obtain the financial support from many subjectives like country, society, college and so on. After that, their spiritual needs also become increasingly apparent, which demands to make an exchange from“Aid on finance”to“Aid on grown up”. And that is the important topic on college providing overall service for students’ growing up and becoming talents. Financial affects, learning environment, interpersonal relationship, emotion and employment will lead to the pressure intension of the impoverished students. So we need to energetically established the spiritual supporting system from changing material supporting pattern, advocating thoughts interaction, breaking through the communicative barriers, optimizing the employment service.
