氮素污染是水体富营养化的主要诱因之一,已引起世界各国的普遍关注。反硝化技术是经济有效的废水脱氮手段,也是当前环境工程领域的研究热点之一。探明反硝化过程特性,将有助于废水生物脱氮技术的控制和优化,促进新型生物脱氮技术的研究和开发。本文从酶学的角度,考察了反硝化过程的酶促反应特性,从连串反应动力学的角度,探讨了反硝化过程的亚硝酸积累现象及其抑制作用,从化学反应计量学的角度,分析了反硝化过程的致碱现象及其抑制机制,并提出了相应的控制对策。

The pollution of nitrogen compounds is one of the main factors that lead to eutrophication of water bodies, and it has attracted more and more attention in the world. As a cost-effective process, the biological denitrification has become a research focus in the field of environmental engineering. Understanding the characteristics of biological denitrification is helpful to optimize and develop new biotechnology for biological nitrogen removal. Here the characteristics of denitrification process are discussed from the viewpoint of enzymatic reactions. The nitrite accumulation and its inhibition during denitrification are investigated by means of the consecutive reaction kinetics model. The alkaline production and its effect are analyzed with the aid of chemical stoichiometry, and some control strategies are proposed.
