利用憋压曲线定性解释泵况,分别在运行和停机状态下,通过关闭阀门憋压的方式测取压力曲线。基于流体传压理论,根据泵抽时因泵况不同而反映出来的各种压力变化规律对所测曲线进行定性分析以反映出泵的各种工作状况。用本方法分析泵况使泵况诊断工作简单可靠,从而缩短了问题井的积压时间和提高检泵符合率。

Use of pressure build-up curve qualitatively pump condition, In the operation and shutdown, by closing the valve to measure pressure curve. Based on the theory of fluid pressure transmission, according to all kinds of pressure variation with different pumping pump status and reflected the qualitative analysis of the measured curve to reflect the various working conditions of pump. This method makes the pump pump status status diagnosis work simple and reliable, so as to shorten the time and improve the backlog problem well with the rate of pump inspection.
