针对放射性废物暂存库吊车转运过程中废物桶的摆动问题，以固定抓具式防摆装置为研究对象，通过对吊钩的改进设计和锥面配合的引入，提出了一种结构简单、能完全固定抓具的新型防摆方案。按照实际运行工况进行了有限元仿真计算，给出了沿不同方向转运时的应力分布和挠度分布，验证了该防摆方案具有较高的可靠性，并为后续的优化设计提供了理论依据。

In terms of the anti-sway problems in the wastebin when QT crane in operation,the fixed griper-type anti-sway device is taken as a study object,to propose a new-type anti-sway solution with simple structure which can fully fix the gripper through improved design of the hook and introduction of cone coordination.Finite element simulation calculation is performed according to actual running conditions,to work out the stress distribution and deflection distribution during rota-tion in different directions,which shows that the anti-sway solution is of high reliability,providing theoretic basis for further optimal design.
