针对放射性废物暂存库吊车转运过程中废物桶的摆动问题,以固定抓具式防摆装置为研究对象,通过对吊钩的改进设计和锥面配合的引入,提出了一种结构简单、能完全固定抓具的新型防摆方案。按照实际运行工况进行了有限元仿真计算,给出了沿不同方向转运时的应力分布和挠度分布,验证了该防摆方案具有较高的可靠性,并为后续的优化设计提供了理论依据。
針對放射性廢物暫存庫弔車轉運過程中廢物桶的襬動問題,以固定抓具式防襬裝置為研究對象,通過對弔鉤的改進設計和錐麵配閤的引入,提齣瞭一種結構簡單、能完全固定抓具的新型防襬方案。按照實際運行工況進行瞭有限元倣真計算,給齣瞭沿不同方嚮轉運時的應力分佈和撓度分佈,驗證瞭該防襬方案具有較高的可靠性,併為後續的優化設計提供瞭理論依據。

In terms of the anti-sway problems in the wastebin when QT crane in operation,the fixed griper-type anti-sway device is taken as a study object,to propose a new-type anti-sway solution with simple structure which can fully fix the gripper through improved design of the hook and introduction of cone coordination.Finite element simulation calculation is performed according to actual running conditions,to work out the stress distribution and deflection distribution during rota-tion in different directions,which shows that the anti-sway solution is of high reliability,providing theoretic basis for further optimal design.
