以5个不同品系小麦种子为材料,用不同浓度盐(盐浓度分别为0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,1.5%)胁迫处理后,测<并统计分析小麦种子的发芽率、成熟期株高、地上、地下生物<.试验结果表明:在盐胁迫下,不同品系小麦的萌发、成熟期的株高以及地上、地下生物<均受到不同程度的影响,5个品系小麦的最适生长盐浓度为0.6%,5个品系4麦的耐盐性由强到弱依次为:B21、XY-28、B26、XY-26-2、XY-08-15.

The five different wheat lines were used as materials and were stressed by different concentra-tions of salt (the salt concentration is 0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2% and 1.5%).The germination rate,plant height and the biomass of these five wheat lines were analyzed after salt stress.The results showed that un-der salt stress,different strains of wheat germination,plant height of mature period and biomass on the ground,underground were affected by varying degrees.The most suitable salt concentration of five wheat lines was 0.6%.The salt-tolerance of these five wheat lines from strong to weak was as follows:B21, XY- 28,B26,XY-26-2,XY-08-15.
