采用秋水仙素溶液浸泡方法处理新疆紫草无菌苗.结果表明,秋水仙素浓度为100 mg/L时浸泡新疆紫草5子,明显促进下胚轴的膨大(42.1%~52.6%),抑制根的形成,但对5子萌发影响不大;无菌苗浸泡时$不宜超过48 h;苗龄为25 d、处理温度为20℃、秋水仙素浓度为25 mg/L、浸泡12~24 h时的萌发率为66%~80%,变异率为12.50%~28.78%;通过秋水仙素浸泡处理产生了丰富的形态变异.
採用鞦水仙素溶液浸泡方法處理新疆紫草無菌苗.結果錶明,鞦水仙素濃度為100 mg/L時浸泡新疆紫草5子,明顯促進下胚軸的膨大(42.1%~52.6%),抑製根的形成,但對5子萌髮影響不大;無菌苗浸泡時$不宜超過48 h;苗齡為25 d、處理溫度為20℃、鞦水仙素濃度為25 mg/L、浸泡12~24 h時的萌髮率為66%~80%,變異率為12.50%~28.78%;通過鞦水仙素浸泡處理產生瞭豐富的形態變異.
채용추수선소용액침포방법처리신강자초무균묘.결과표명,추수선소농도위100 mg/L시침포신강자초5자,명현촉진하배축적팽대(42.1%~52.6%),억제근적형성,단대5자맹발영향불대;무균묘침포시$불의초과48 h;묘령위25 d、처리온도위20℃、추수선소농도위25 mg/L、침포12~24 h시적맹발솔위66%~80%,변이솔위12.50%~28.78%;통과추수선소침포처리산생료봉부적형태변이.
The method of colchicine solution soaking was adopted to treat Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst aseptic seedling.The results showed that the hypocotyl expands (42.1%-52.6%)promoted obvi-ously and inhibited the roots formation when Arnebia euchroma (Royle)Johnst seeds were soaked in col-chicine concentration of 100 mg/L,but it is not much effect on seeds germination.The aseptic seedling soa-king time shoulds not be more than 48 h.The germination rate was 66%~80% and the mutation rate was 12.50%-28.78%,Mutated with 25 mg/L colchicine at the temperature of 20 ℃ for 12 h to 24 h.After soaking by colchicine treatment produced abundant morphological variation.
