目的:探讨高迁移率族蛋白 B1(HMGB1)在口腔扁平苔癣(OLP)中的变化及意义。方法采用 ELISA 法检测43例 OLP 患者及45名健康查体者(对照组)血清 HMGB1和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)浓度,分析 OLP 患者血清 HMGB1水平特点及其与 TNF-α相关性。结果血清 HMGB1呈偏态分布, OLP 患者血清 HMGB1浓度为75.55μg/ L(45.07,202.02μg/ L),明显高于对照组[55.66μg/ L(34.47,110.63μg/ L)],经对数转换后呈正态分布,利用对数转换后数据进行两组间比较,差异有统计学意义( t=2.443,P =0.017)。OLP 患者血清 HMGB1浓度与患者年龄、性别以及疾病的临床分类无关。OLP 患者血清 HMGB1与 TNF-α呈正相关(r =0.555,P =0.001)。结论血清 HMGB1水平增高参与 OLP 的病理生理,深入研究其变化,可能为 OLP 临床诊疗提供新的切入点。

Objective To investigate the role of high mobility group box protein 1(HMGB1)in the occurrence of oral Lichen planus(OLP). Methods Forty-three patients with OLP ane 45 healthy volunteeree were selectee as our subjects. Serum HMGB1 ane tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)were eeterminee by ELISA. The levels of serum HMGB1 were further evaluatee accoreing to geneer,ages ane clinical classification in OLP. Results The eistribution of serum HMGB1 was skewee. The average serum HMGB1 concentration in OLP patients were 75. 55 μg/ L(45. 07,202. 02 μg/ L),significantly higher than that in control group(55. 66 μg/ L, (34. 47,110. 63 μg/ L)). After logarithmic converting ane perform statistic analysis,the eifference was statistically significant( t = 2. 443,P = 0. 017). Serum HMGB1in OLP patients was positively correlatee with TNF-α(r = 0. 555,P = 0. 001)ane no correlation was seen in terms of age,geneer ane clinical classification of the eisease in patients. Conclusion The serum increase HMGB1 may involve in the process OLP pathology. Further stuey shoule be performee to proviee the evieence for the clinical treatment of OLP.
