目的：探讨左心室 E/e'比率增大与右心功能损伤的相关性。方法选择左心室舒张功能不全E/e'比率增大伴有继发性肺动脉高压（PAH）患者87例，获取右心室功能参数，并分析E/e'比率增大与右心室功能相关性。结果 E/e'比率增大继发PAH时，右心室功能参数：右心室射血分数（RVEF）、三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度（TVSPV）、纵向整体应变值（GLS）均减低。与正常对照组比较，轻度PAH患者的RVEF、TVSPV、GLS差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；中、重度PAH的RVEF、TVSPV、GLS差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与中度PAH组相比较，重度PAH组的RVEF、TVSPV、GLS减低更明显（P＜0.05）；多元线性回归分析表明，两组E/e'与右心室功能参数肺动脉收缩压（PASP）、RVEF、TPSPV、GLS均有良好的相关性（P＜0.01）。结论左心舒张功能减低时，随着PAH程度的增加，右心室功能损伤的程度亦逐步增加，且损伤程度与E/e'比率增大相关，E/e'比率增大对评价此类患者右心损伤的发生发展有重要的临床价值。
목적：탐토좌심실 E/e'비솔증대여우심공능손상적상관성。방법선택좌심실서장공능불전E/e'비솔증대반유계발성폐동맥고압（PAH）환자87례，획취우심실공능삼수，병분석E/e'비솔증대여우심실공능상관성。결과 E/e'비솔증대계발PAH시，우심실공능삼수：우심실사혈분수（RVEF）、삼첨판배수축기봉치속도（TVSPV）、종향정체응변치（GLS）균감저。여정상대조조비교，경도PAH환자적RVEF、TVSPV、GLS차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；중、중도PAH적RVEF、TVSPV、GLS차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；여중도PAH조상비교，중도PAH조적RVEF、TVSPV、GLS감저경명현（P＜0.05）；다원선성회귀분석표명，량조E/e'여우심실공능삼수폐동맥수축압（PASP）、RVEF、TPSPV、GLS균유량호적상관성（P＜0.01）。결론좌심서장공능감저시，수착PAH정도적증가，우심실공능손상적정도역축보증가，차손상정도여E/e'비솔증대상관，E/e'비솔증대대평개차류환자우심손상적발생발전유중요적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the correlation between left ventricular E/e' ratio increases and right ventricular dysfunction. Methods To obtain the parameters of right ventricular function in 87 patients with E/e' ratio increased with concomitant secondary pulmonary hypertension (PAH) and analysis of the E/e' ratio increases correlation with right ventricular function. Results Right ventricular function parameters RVEF, TVSPV, GLS reduced in E/e' ratio increased combined with secondary PAH patients. Compared with the normal control group, the RVEF, TVSPV, GLS had no significant difference in patients with mild PAH parameters(P>0.05);the parameters RVEF, TVSPV, GLS had significant difference in moderate and severe PAH groups(P<0.05); Compared with moderate PAH group, RVEF,TVSPV and GLS of severe PAH group reduced significantly (P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the two sets of E/e' and right ventricular function parameters PASP, RVEF, TPSPV GLS had a good correlation (P<0.01). Conclusions With the increased levels of PAH, the degree of right ventricular dysfunction is also gradually increased in patients with reduced left ventricular diastolic function, the degree of right ventricular dysfunction and E/e' ratio increased is related,increased E/e' ratio of the occurrence and development of right heart damage evaluation of such patients has important clinical value.Increased E/e' ratio has important clinical value for the evaluation of right ventricular dysfunction in such patients.
