目的:通过Meta分析的方法综合评价CD133与肺癌患者临床病理特征关系。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase和CNKI,纳入公开发表涉及CD133表达与肺癌临床病理特征的中英文文献,使用Stata 12.0统计学软件对符合条件的文献进行分析。结果共获取文献15篇(英文7篇、中文8篇),1102例患者。Meta分析结果CD133表达在临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期之间无显著性差异(pooled OR=0.782,95%CI=0.435~1.406,P=0.411)。CD133表达在腺癌与非腺癌之间无显著性差异(pooled OR=0.97,95%CI=0.71~1.33, P=0.86)。CD133表达在肺癌低分化与高分化差异有统计学意义(pooled OR=1.66,95%CI=1.15~2.40, P=0.006);CD133表达在肺癌淋巴结转移与非淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(pooled OR=2.98,95%CI=2.04~4.35,P<0.001)。结论 CD133阳性与肺癌组织低分化相关,且发生淋巴结转移可能性高。

목적:통과Meta분석적방법종합평개CD133여폐암환자림상병리특정관계。방법계산궤검색Pubmed、Embase화CNKI,납입공개발표섭급CD133표체여폐암림상병리특정적중영문문헌,사용Stata 12.0통계학연건대부합조건적문헌진행분석。결과공획취문헌15편(영문7편、중문8편),1102례환자。Meta분석결과CD133표체재림상분기Ⅰ、Ⅱ기여Ⅲ기지간무현저성차이(pooled OR=0.782,95%CI=0.435~1.406,P=0.411)。CD133표체재선암여비선암지간무현저성차이(pooled OR=0.97,95%CI=0.71~1.33, P=0.86)。CD133표체재폐암저분화여고분화차이유통계학의의(pooled OR=1.66,95%CI=1.15~2.40, P=0.006);CD133표체재폐암림파결전이여비림파결전이차이유통계학의의(pooled OR=2.98,95%CI=2.04~4.35,P<0.001)。결론 CD133양성여폐암조직저분화상관,차발생림파결전이가능성고。
Objective To evaluate the association between CD133 expression and clinical-pathological features of lung cancer, with a meta-analysis. Methods Articles investigating the association between CD133 and clinicopathological features of lung cancer were identified by an electronic search on Pubmed, Embase and CNKI. The meta-analysis was performed using the statistical software STATA version 12.0. Results 1102 patients from 15 studies were included. Comparing stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ with stage Ⅲ, there was no association between positive CD133 expression and tumor stage(pooled OR=0.782, 95% CI=0.435-1.406, P=0.411). There was no significant relationship between positivity CD133 expression and histology type (adenocarcinoma vs. non-adenocarcinoma) with pooled OR=0.97, 95% CI=0.71-1.33, P=0.86. Compared poor differentiation with well differentiation, positive CD133 expression was significantly correlated with poor differentiation (pooled OR=1.66, 95% CI=1.15-2.40, P=0.006). Positive CD133 expression was associated with nodal status (pooled OR=2.98, 95% CI=2.04-4.35, P<0.001). Conclusion CD133 play an important role in lung cancer, positive CD133 expression is significantly associated with differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
