目的：提高对乙状结肠膀胱扩大术治疗结核性膀胱挛缩的认识。方法回顾分析1例结核性膀胱挛缩患者行乙状结肠膀胱扩大术的诊治经过，结合文献复习乙状结肠膀胱扩大术的临床应用。结果患者术后尿急及腰痛症状消失，术后3个月复查膀胱造影提示膀胱形态良好，无膀胱输尿管反流，尿流动力学复查膀胱容量达410 ml，最大逼尿肌压力降至8.5 cm H2O。结论结核性膀胱挛缩是膀胱扩大术的适应证，乙状结肠膀胱扩大术可增加膀胱容量及顺应性，改善挛缩膀胱症状和肾功能。
목적：제고대을상결장방광확대술치료결핵성방광련축적인식。방법회고분석1례결핵성방광련축환자행을상결장방광확대술적진치경과，결합문헌복습을상결장방광확대술적림상응용。결과환자술후뇨급급요통증상소실，술후3개월복사방광조영제시방광형태량호，무방광수뇨관반류，뇨류동역학복사방광용량체410 ml，최대핍뇨기압력강지8.5 cm H2O。결론결핵성방광련축시방광확대술적괄응증，을상결장방광확대술가증가방광용량급순응성，개선련축방광증상화신공능。
Objective To improve the awareness of bladder augmentation with sigmoid for the treatment of tuberculous contracture bladder. Methods A case of tuberculous contracture bladder was retrospective studied and the literatures were reviewed. Results The urgency and backache were disappeared. After 3 months the cystography showed that the shape of bladder was good and there was no vesicoureteric reflux. The urodynamic examination showed that the bladder capacity was 410 ml and the maximal detrusor pressure dropped to 8.5 cm H2O. Conclusions The tuberculous contracture bladder is one of the indications of augmentation cystoplasty. The bladder augmentation with sigmoid can increase bladder capacity and compliance, and improve the symptoms of contracture bladder and the renal function.
