目的：观察美他多辛联合异甘草酸镁治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法72例酒精性肝病住院患者随机分为治疗组35例、对照组37例，两组一般治疗相同，对照组用美他多辛片，治疗组在此基础上加用异甘草酸镁。治疗前后分别检测ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL等生化指标，观察临床症状的改善。结果4周后，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论美他多辛和异甘草酸镁联用疗效优于单用美他多辛。
목적：관찰미타다신연합이감초산미치료주정성간병적료효。방법72례주정성간병주원환자수궤분위치료조35례、대조조37례，량조일반치료상동，대조조용미타다신편，치료조재차기출상가용이감초산미。치료전후분별검측ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL등생화지표，관찰림상증상적개선。결과4주후，치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조，ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL수평명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론미타다신화이감초산미련용료효우우단용미타다신。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of metadoxine combined with tiopronin in the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver disease. Methods 72 cases of hospitalized patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in one group, 37 cases in another group, The two groups received the same general treatment, and the control group was treated with metadoxine, while the treatment group was added with metadoxine tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The TBil, ALT, AST, GGT, and other biochemical indices were detected before and after treatment respectively, and the clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Results After 4 weeks, the total treatment efficiency in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group; after treatment the TBil, ALT, AST, GGT levels were significantly lower in treatment group than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Metadoxine and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined treatment shows better effect than the single treatment with metadoxine.
