目的：探讨创伤性膈疝的诊断、治疗方法与效果。方法：回顾性分析2000年至2012年2000年1月至2012年1月我院收治的25例创伤性膈疝的临床资料。结果：本组患者25例，男性19例，女性6例；疝位于左侧20例，右侧5例，年龄3～62岁，膈肌裂口5～20cm；全部行手术治疗；死亡1例，死于肺部感染并多器官功能衰竭。结论：创伤性膈疝损伤特殊，伤情严重，死亡率高。及时早期手术是抢救成功的关键。

목적：탐토창상성격산적진단、치료방법여효과。방법：회고성분석2000년지2012년2000년1월지2012년1월아원수치적25례창상성격산적림상자료。결과：본조환자25례，남성19례，녀성6례；산위우좌측20례，우측5례，년령3～62세，격기렬구5～20cm；전부행수술치료；사망1례，사우폐부감염병다기관공능쇠갈。결론：창상성격산손상특수，상정엄중，사망솔고。급시조기수술시창구성공적관건。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of diagnosis,treatment and effect of Traumatic diaphragmatic hernia (TDH) . Method: A retrospective study was carried out in 25 cases of TDH treated from January 2000 to January 2012 in our hospital. Result:There were 25 cases of TDH,including 19 cases of male,and 6 cases of female. There were 20 cases of trauma in left side and 5 cases of right. The patients ranged in age from 3 to 62 years. Diaphragmatic rupture length of 5~20cm. All patients were operated. 1 case was dead and died of pulmonary infection and multiple organ failure. Conclusion:TDH is a special type of trauma with severe injuries and a high mortality. Early and prompt operation is critical for rescuing the TDH patients.
