目的：对疏肝散结法治疗乳腺增生的方法和疗效进行研究。方法：选取68例乳腺增生患者分为治疗组和对照组。结果：治疗组36例，总有效率97.22%，对照组32例，总有效率81.25%，治疗组总有效率明显大于对照组。结论：疏肝散结法内服药加手法穴位治疗乳腺增生疗效可靠，值得推广。

목적：대소간산결법치료유선증생적방법화료효진행연구。방법：선취68례유선증생환자분위치료조화대조조。결과：치료조36례，총유효솔97.22%，대조조32례，총유효솔81.25%，치료조총유효솔명현대우대조조。결론：소간산결법내복약가수법혈위치료유선증생료효가고，치득추엄。
Objective:To research the method and efficacy of treating cyclomastopathy by Shugan Sanjie method (Dispersing the depressed liver-energy and eliminating stagnation). Methods:Choosing 68 cyclomastopathy patients and dividing them into treated group and contro group. Results:There are 36 patients in the treated group, the total efficiency is 97.22%; there are 32 patients in the control group, the total efficiency is 81.25%. The total efficiency of the treated group is obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:Combining Shugan Sanjie internal medicine with acupuncture point massage is very effective on treating cyclomastopathy, so deserves to be popularized.
