目的：综合评价中西医结合治疗寻常痤疮的临床优越性。材料与方法：①完全随机配对设计，将患者随机分配到试验组和对照组，两组临床资料比较，无显著差异（P>0.05），具有可比性。②治疗方法：对照组65例，采用内服多西环素，联合0.1%阿达帕林凝胶。试验组68例，在上述治疗基础上内服痤疮合剂。③疗效评价方法：依照寻常痤疮照痤疮Pillsburg分类法和疗效判定标准[1]进行疗效观察。结论：两组均能改善痤疮患者的皮损、全身症状、综合证候；中西医结合治疗相对西药，疗效更显著、副作用更少，安全性较高，在疗效上有明显优越性，值得临床推广、应用。
목적：종합평개중서의결합치료심상좌창적림상우월성。재료여방법：①완전수궤배대설계，장환자수궤분배도시험조화대조조，량조림상자료비교，무현저차이（P>0.05），구유가비성。②치료방법：대조조65례，채용내복다서배소，연합0.1%아체파림응효。시험조68례，재상술치료기출상내복좌창합제。③료효평개방법：의조심상좌창조좌창Pillsburg분류법화료효판정표준[1]진행료효관찰。결론：량조균능개선좌창환자적피손、전신증상、종합증후；중서의결합치료상대서약，료효경현저、부작용경소，안전성교고，재료효상유명현우월성，치득림상추엄、응용。
Objective:To evaluate clinical superiority of acne vulgaris with integrative medicine. Materials and methods:①Completely randomly paired designed, patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The clinical data of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. ②Treatments: 65 patients of control group, used oral doxycycline, combined with 0.1%adapalene gel. 68 patients of experimental group were given oral acne mixture on the basis of control group. ③Evaluation methods:According to acne vulgaris acne Pillsburg according to taxonomies and efficacy criteria[1] for patients. Conclusion:Acne lesions, systemic symptoms, comprehensive syndromes of two groups both improved;integrative medicine has more pronounced effect and fewer side effects, with high security, has obvious advantages in efficacy, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
