目的：研究单纯中药灌肠疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者血流变的改善，以及症状、体征的好转。方法：选择慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型偏瘀证患者80例，随机分为中药灌肠组（治疗组）和中药灌肠加口服组（对照组）。结果：两组高切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间疗前和疗后相比有显著性差异，组间相比无显著性差异；两组治疗前后患者症状和体征的改善明显。结论：单独中药灌肠效果不亚于口服加灌肠，不但可以明显减轻患者的症状、体征，且可以有效的改善患者血液浓、粘、凝、滞的状态。
목적：연구단순중약관장요법대만성분강염환자혈류변적개선，이급증상、체정적호전。방법：선택만성분강염습열어결형편어증환자80례，수궤분위중약관장조（치료조）화중약관장가구복조（대조조）。결과：량조고절전혈점도、저절전혈점도、혈장점도、홍세포전영시간료전화료후상비유현저성차이，조간상비무현저성차이；량조치료전후환자증상화체정적개선명현。결론：단독중약관장효과불아우구복가관장，불단가이명현감경환자적증상、체정，차가이유효적개선환자혈액농、점、응、체적상태。
Objective: To study the simple enema therapy on blood flow changes in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID) improvement, as well as improvement of the symptoms and signs. Methods:80 cases were selected and divided into the treated group and the control group. Results:Before and after treatment, compared with a significant difference between the two groups, showed no significant difference;before and after treatment in patients with signs and symptoms improve significantly. Conclusion:Effects of the simple enema therapy as much as oral plus enema, not only can significantly reduce the patient’s symptoms, signs, and could effectively improve the patient’s blood status.
