目的：探讨术前血清鳞状细胞癌抗原（Squamous cell carcinoma antigen ，SCCA ）与宫颈鳞癌的临床病理因素的关系。方法：对2010年1月-2012年12月在我院就诊的118例ⅠB～ⅡA期的宫颈鳞癌患者行术前血清SCCA水平检测，并结合其临床资料进行回顾性分析术前血清SCCA水平与宫颈鳞癌的临床病理特征的相关性。结果：118例宫颈鳞癌患者中检测的术前血清SCCA阳性为75例（63．6％），宫颈鳞癌患者术前血清SCCA水平与临床分期、肿瘤直径、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移相关（P＜0．05），而与年龄、分化程度及脉管癌栓未发现相关关系（P＞0．05）。结论：检测术前血清SCCA水平为其病情评估及判断预后提供新的手段，从而拟定出更加合理的个体化治疗方案。
목적：탐토술전혈청린상세포암항원（Squamous cell carcinoma antigen ，SCCA ）여궁경린암적림상병리인소적관계。방법：대2010년1월-2012년12월재아원취진적118례ⅠB～ⅡA기적궁경린암환자행술전혈청SCCA수평검측，병결합기림상자료진행회고성분석술전혈청SCCA수평여궁경린암적림상병리특정적상관성。결과：118례궁경린암환자중검측적술전혈청SCCA양성위75례（63．6％），궁경린암환자술전혈청SCCA수평여림상분기、종류직경、기층침윤심도급림파결전이상관（P＜0．05），이여년령、분화정도급맥관암전미발현상관관계（P＞0．05）。결론：검측술전혈청SCCA수평위기병정평고급판단예후제공신적수단，종이의정출경가합리적개체화치료방안。
Objective :To investigate the correlation between the preoperative SCCA level and the clinicopathologic characteristics .Methods :Preoperative serum SCCA detection was conducted in 118 patients with stage ⅠB~ ⅡA cervi-cal squamous cell carcinoma who were admitted to our hospiyal during a period from January 2010 to December 2012 , and a retrospective study of the cases in combination with the related clinical and pathological data was carried out .Re-sults :Among 118 cases ,75 cases were found with positive SCCA ,significance correlation was found between the preop-erative SCCA level and clinical stage ,tumor size ,depth of stromal invasion ,lymph node metastasis(P<0 .05);no rela-tion was found between the pretreatment SCCA level and age ,pathologic grade and vascular invasion (P>0 .05) .Con-clusion:Preoperative SCCA level plays an important role in condition assessment and evaluation of prognosis ,also it can develop a more rational individualized treatment plan .
