为优选水泵失电工况下出口阀门的关闭规律,基于一维特征线方法,建立输水系统水力过渡过程仿真计算的数学模型,给出了水泵出口阀采用两段折线关闭规律时转折点开度和时间的选取方法,以“水泵失电,出口阀拒动”工况下水泵发生倒流的时间作为第1阶段关闭时间的参考值,通过其他控制工况进行校核计算,并结合工程实例进行验证分析。计算结果表明,所采用数学计算模型准确、合理,选定的阀门关闭规律能够有效预防输水系统水击破坏事故的发生。
為優選水泵失電工況下齣口閥門的關閉規律,基于一維特徵線方法,建立輸水繫統水力過渡過程倣真計算的數學模型,給齣瞭水泵齣口閥採用兩段摺線關閉規律時轉摺點開度和時間的選取方法,以“水泵失電,齣口閥拒動”工況下水泵髮生倒流的時間作為第1階段關閉時間的參攷值,通過其他控製工況進行校覈計算,併結閤工程實例進行驗證分析。計算結果錶明,所採用數學計算模型準確、閤理,選定的閥門關閉規律能夠有效預防輸水繫統水擊破壞事故的髮生。

Based on the 1-D characteristics method, a mathematical model for simulating hydraulic transient process in water conveyance system was established to optimize the closure law of outlet valves under power failure condition. The two-segment linear closure law of outlet valves was proposed in this paper, and the method for determining the transition point’s opening and its corresponding time was presented. Under the power failure condition, the time when the reversed flow occurs can be regarded as the closure time of the transition point, it is also verified by other control operating conditions. The simulation results of an engineering instance show that the mathematical model of this paper is accurate and reasonable, and the water hammer accidents can be effectively prevented employing the proposed valve closure law.
