目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核疾病易感性的关系。方法计算机检索数据库,收集有关IL-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核疾病易感性关系的病例对照研究,提取纳入文献的相关数据进行Meta分析,以病例组和对照组IL-1β+3953位点各种基因模型的比值比( OR )为效应指标,漏斗图检测发表偏倚。结果共8篇研究符合纳入标准,累计病例数1160例,对照组1216例。Meta分析表明IL-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核疾病易感性无明显关联性。结论IL-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核疾病易感性无明显关联性。

Objective To explore the association between the IL-1βgene +3953 polymorphism and tubercu-losis susceptibility .Methods Data bases were comprehensively searched to retrace all the related studies on the associations between IL-1β gene + 3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility . The pooled odds ratios ( OR ) with 95% confidence intervals (95% CI ) of the association between IL-1βgene +3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility were performed in different genetic model comparison .Publication bias was detected by symmetry of funnel plot .Results Eight original studies with a total of 2 376 subjects (1 160 patients and 1 216 controls ) were chosen for the final data combination .The results of meta-analysis showed that there are no signifi-cant associations between IL-1βgene+3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in different genetic mod-el comparison .Conclusion Meta-analysis strongly suggests that there are no significant associations between IL-1βgene+3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility .
