核酸适体作为一类通过体外筛选指数富集配体系统进化技术(SELEX)得到的单链DNA或RNA,具有特异性强、稳定性好和靶分子广等特点,被广泛用于生化传感检测领域。总结了近年来筛选的农药分子核酸适体及其筛选方法,综述了农药分子核酸适体在生物传感检测中的应用,并探讨了农药分子核酸适体筛选的问题和未来发展的趋势。
覈痠適體作為一類通過體外篩選指數富集配體繫統進化技術(SELEX)得到的單鏈DNA或RNA,具有特異性彊、穩定性好和靶分子廣等特點,被廣汎用于生化傳感檢測領域。總結瞭近年來篩選的農藥分子覈痠適體及其篩選方法,綜述瞭農藥分子覈痠適體在生物傳感檢測中的應用,併探討瞭農藥分子覈痠適體篩選的問題和未來髮展的趨勢。

Aptamers, which are selected by SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment)in vitro, are artificial single-stranded DNA or RNA sequences that could bind to a wide range of targets with extremely high specificity and stability, which is widely used in the field of chemical and biological sensing analysis. This paper summarizes the aptamers of pesticide molecules selected in recent years and its application in biosensing. In addition, the problems and future trends of pesticide molecule aptamers SELEX are discussed.
