测试了益阳市4种典型天气(晴天、少云、多云、阴雨)条件下的太阳能单晶硅电池、多晶硅电池、非晶硅薄膜电池的性能参数,比较了3种太阳能电池的光电转换效率,测试结果表明:在晴天和少云的天气下,单晶硅太阳能电池效率最高,约为10.0%左右,多晶硅电池次之,为9.0%左右,非晶硅电池的光电效率最低,为4.5%左右,随着云层的增厚,单晶硅、多晶硅电池光电效率下降,而非晶硅薄膜电池光电效率略有上升,该测试结果对长江中游地区应用太阳能光伏系统具有一定的参考价值.

In four typical weather(sunny,partly cloudy,cloudy and rainy days) in Yiyang City, we tested the performance parameters of four kinds of solar cell including monocrystalline silicon cell, polysilicon cell, and amorphous silicon thin film cell. Compared the electric efficiency of the three kinds of solar cells,the results show that:In sunny or partly cloudy days,the electric efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar cell was the largest,about 10.0%,the electric efficiency of polycrystalline silicon solar cell was larger, about 9.0%,and the electric efficiency of amorphous silicon cell was the smallest,about 4.5%, The electric efficiency of the monocrystalline silicon cell and of the polycrystalline silicon cell was significantly larger than of the amorphous silicon cell. When the clouds thickened in cloudy and rainy days, the electric efficiency the monocrystalline silicon solar cell and of the polycrystalline silicon cell was declining,but of the amorphous silicon cell was slightly increasing.This test results are of something referential value for developping solar photovoltaic systems in the area of the middle reaches of the Changjiang River.
