近来年,太湖流域的生态环境问题日益突出,本文基于WebGIS理论,开发集成化的太湖梅梁湾水环境监控数据综合分析和服务系统,为流域水环境风险评估和预警数据库提供实时更新服务。监测预警体系的构建主要包括系统架构研究、平台设计研究、平台日常维护应用研究等,重点对监测体系平台的设计进行了详细的阐述。太湖梅梁湾水环境风险评估预警平台采用分布式计算的设计结构,具有“水质查询”“、模型预报”、“监控预警”和“基础数据”四大类十二项功能,初步具备了梅梁湾域水质和蓝藻水华实时监测预警能力。

The ecological environment of Lake Taihu has been a outstanding issue in recent years, integrated water environment monitoring data comprehensive analysis and service system in Meiliang Bay,Lake Taihu, based on WebGIS, are developed in order to supply real-time updates services for risk assessment and early warning database of the lake. The construction of monitoring and early warning system includes architecture study, platform design and platform routine maintenance, among which the platform design is the focus of our study. Distributed computing is adopted in the design structure of the risk assessment and early warning system for Meiliang Bay,Lake Taihu. The system, implementing 4 kinds of functions including water quality information inquiry, monitor and early warning, model prediction and basic data offering, has the capacity of monitoring and early warning in Meiliang Bay,Lake Taihu.
