目的：探讨鼻内镜下电凝止血的方法。方法回顾性分析我科在鼻内镜下用带吸引的电凝器治疗205例鼻出血患者临床资料。结果205例中，199例一次性治愈，随访3月内再次鼻出血的6例。结论在鼻内镜下用带吸引的电凝器止血，视野清晰，止血准确，病人痛苦小，效果良好。
목적：탐토비내경하전응지혈적방법。방법회고성분석아과재비내경하용대흡인적전응기치료205례비출혈환자림상자료。결과205례중，199례일차성치유，수방3월내재차비출혈적6례。결론재비내경하용대흡인적전응기지혈，시야청석，지혈준학，병인통고소，효과량호。
Objective o discuss the method of endoscopic electrocoagulation in the treatment of epistaxis.Methods Retrospectively analysis 205 cases of intraoperative treatment of epistaxis by using an electrocoagulation device with suction in our department.Results Of the 205 cases,a cases stopped bleeding after surgery,during 3-month follow up,6 case showed rebleeding,while 199 show no recurrent epistaxis.Conclusion The advantages of using an electrocoagulation device with suction during endoscopic intraoperative treatment of epistaxis include clear field of view,correct operation scope,and less painful.
