目的:通过研究鼻腔局部冲洗和应用激素对变应性鼻炎的影响,探讨治疗变应性鼻炎的恰当方式。方法临床方面采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)和迷你型鼻结膜炎生活质量问卷(MiniRQLQ)评估健康对照组及各实验组临床症状的改变,实验室方面采用瑞典Pharmacia UniCAP 100型免疫荧光定量分析系统检测健康对照组及各实验组血清中屋尘螨特异性IgE(sIgE)和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的含量的改变。结果单纯鼻腔冲洗组(A组)和局部激素溶液冲洗组(D组)无论是临床方面还是实验室方面评估都没有显著性改变,而单纯鼻喷激素组(B组)和鼻喷激素联合冲洗组(C组)两方面均有统计学差异,并且后两组间比较无显著性差异。结论单纯鼻喷激素或鼻喷激素联合冲洗是治疗变应性鼻炎的恰当方式,单纯鼻腔冲洗或局部激素溶液冲洗在治疗变应性鼻炎方面只能作为辅助手段。
目的:通過研究鼻腔跼部遲洗和應用激素對變應性鼻炎的影響,探討治療變應性鼻炎的恰噹方式。方法臨床方麵採用視覺模擬評分量錶(VAS)和迷妳型鼻結膜炎生活質量問捲(MiniRQLQ)評估健康對照組及各實驗組臨床癥狀的改變,實驗室方麵採用瑞典Pharmacia UniCAP 100型免疫熒光定量分析繫統檢測健康對照組及各實驗組血清中屋塵螨特異性IgE(sIgE)和嗜痠性粒細胞暘離子蛋白(ECP)的含量的改變。結果單純鼻腔遲洗組(A組)和跼部激素溶液遲洗組(D組)無論是臨床方麵還是實驗室方麵評估都沒有顯著性改變,而單純鼻噴激素組(B組)和鼻噴激素聯閤遲洗組(C組)兩方麵均有統計學差異,併且後兩組間比較無顯著性差異。結論單純鼻噴激素或鼻噴激素聯閤遲洗是治療變應性鼻炎的恰噹方式,單純鼻腔遲洗或跼部激素溶液遲洗在治療變應性鼻炎方麵隻能作為輔助手段。

Objective To investigate the influence of local irrigation and hormone treatment on allergic rhinitis and to confirm the appropriate therapies of allergic rhinitis.Methods Using the visual analogue scale (VAS) and Mini Juniper Rhinoconjunctivitis QoL Questionnaire (MiniRQLQ) to assess the symptoms among the control group and the various intervention groups in clinic and applying quantitative analysis of immunofluorescent to detect the contents of house dust mite specific IgE (sIgE) and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) with Pharmacia UniCAP 100 system among the control group and the various intervention groups in experiment.Results TThere were no significant differences both in the single nasal irrigation group (A group) and in the local hormone solution irrigation group (D group) whether in clinic or in experiment.However,statistical significant differences appeared in the single nasal spray group (B group) and in the combined treatment of nasal irrigation and spray (C group).Furthermore,C group was not better than B group.Conclusion Single nasal spray and combined treatment of nasal irrigation and spray are all the appropriate therapies of allergic rhinitis.Single nasal irrigation and local hormone solution irrigation may only play a role in adjunct treatment of allergic rhinitis.
