目的:探讨乳头瘙痒症与血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白三烯B4(L T B4)水平有无关联。方法挑选经“视觉模拟标尺评分(VAS)”评估近2周内有乳头瘙痒症状的受检者38例,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分析其血清IL-2和LTB4水平,对照组为38例健康者。结果乳头瘙痒症患者血清IL-2与对照组的平均值分别为(1738.13±281.96)pg/m L和(106.93±17.35)pg/m L ,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);乳头瘙痒症患者血清L T B4与对照组的平均值分别为(94.21±15.28)ng/L和(3.17±0.50)ng/L ,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。乳头瘙痒症患者血清IL-2水平与“痒感程度”和“痒感指数”两项指标的相关系数分别为0.718和0.689,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);乳头瘙痒症患者血清L T B4水平与“痒感程度”和“痒感指数”两项指标的相关系数分别为0.706和0.636,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-2和LTB4在乳头瘙痒症患者体内可能作为致痒介质,参与瘙痒的发生和发展。

목적:탐토유두소양증여혈청중백세포개소-2(IL-2)화백삼희B4(L T B4)수평유무관련。방법도선경“시각모의표척평분(VAS)”평고근2주내유유두소양증상적수검자38례,용쌍항체협심매련면역흡부법(ELISA)분석기혈청IL-2화LTB4수평,대조조위38례건강자。결과유두소양증환자혈청IL-2여대조조적평균치분별위(1738.13±281.96)pg/m L화(106.93±17.35)pg/m L ,량조비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);유두소양증환자혈청L T B4여대조조적평균치분별위(94.21±15.28)ng/L화(3.17±0.50)ng/L ,량조비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。유두소양증환자혈청IL-2수평여“양감정도”화“양감지수”량항지표적상관계수분별위0.718화0.689,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);유두소양증환자혈청L T B4수평여“양감정도”화“양감지수”량항지표적상관계수분별위0.706화0.636,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 IL-2화LTB4재유두소양증환자체내가능작위치양개질,삼여소양적발생화발전。
Objective To investigate the relevance between the nipple itch and the IL-2 and LTB-4 levels in the serum .Methods 38 patients with nipple itch evaluated by VAS in recent two weeks were selected for the study group ,while 38 healthy women were selected for the control .IL-2 and LTB-4 levels were tested by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Results The average value of the serum IL-2 level in patients and the control group were (1 738 .13 ± 281 .96)pg/mL and (106 .93 ± 17 .35)pg/mL ,respectively (P<0 .01) .And the average value of the serum LTB4 level in patients and the control group were (94 .21 ± 15 .28)ng/L and (3 .17 ± 0 .50)ng/L ,re-spectively (P<0 .01) .A positive relationship was observed between the serum IL-2 level in patients and the index of itch (r=0 .718 ,P<0 .01) and the itch mark (r=0 .689 ,P<0 .01) respectively .There were the same results between the serum LTB-4 level in patients and index of itch (r=0 .706 ,P<0 .01) and itch mark (r=0 .636 ,P<0 .01) re-spectively .They were all statistically significant .Conclusion IL-2 and LTB-4 could work as the itch mediums in the occurrence and development of nipple itch in patients .
