目的：研究小针刀配合正骨舒筋酊治疗屈指肌腱鞘炎的临床疗效观察。方法对13例屈指肌腱鞘炎患者在我院行小针刀治疗后配合正骨舒筋酊外用。结果治愈10例，显效2例，有效1例。治疗有效率100%。结论小针刀治疗后配合正骨舒筋酊外用治疗屈指肌腱鞘炎，创伤小，感染风险低，安全，恢复快，可快速缓解疼痛，恢复关节屈伸活动。手术治疗主要是将腱鞘切开松解肌腱，解除腱鞘狭窄，但手术创伤大，易损伤神经血管，感染及医源性损伤风险大，术后恢复相对慢。
목적：연구소침도배합정골서근정치료굴지기건초염적림상료효관찰。방법대13례굴지기건초염환자재아원행소침도치료후배합정골서근정외용。결과치유10례，현효2례，유효1례。치료유효솔100%。결론소침도치료후배합정골서근정외용치료굴지기건초염，창상소，감염풍험저，안전，회복쾌，가쾌속완해동통，회복관절굴신활동。수술치료주요시장건초절개송해기건，해제건초협착，단수술창상대，역손상신경혈관，감염급의원성손상풍험대，술후회복상대만。
Objective to study the smal needle knife with boneset ing tendons tincture treatment clinical curative ef ect observation of flexor tendon sheaths. Methods 13 cases of flexor tendon sheath of patients in our hospital after treatment with smal needle knife line boneset ing tendons tincture for external use only. Results 10 cases were cured, 2 cases were markedly improved, 1 case ef ectively. Treatment ef ective rate was 100%. Conclusion after treatment with smal needle knife boneset ing tendons tincture topical treatment of flexor tendon sheath inflammation, trauma smal , low risk of infection, safe, quick recovery, can quickly relieve pain, restore activities joint flexion and extension. Surgical treatment is mainly to hamstring tendon sheath cut loose solution, remove the sheath narrow, but surgical trauma is big, easy to damage nerve blood vessels, infection, iatrogenic injury risk big, the recovery is relatively slow.
