目的：观察八珍汤是否能抑制或减轻老年妇科肿瘤患者术后疲劳综合征（POFS）的程度和持续时间。方法包括114例老年妇科肿瘤手术患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组57例，研究组术前6d开始服用八珍加味汤，1副/d，煎水分早晚100ml服用，连服6d。手术当天及术后第1d停服，术后第2d起口服八珍汤同术前，连服6d。分别进行疲劳评分、利势手握力，并测定转铁蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、纤维连接蛋白指标。结果术后第7d，研究组疲劳程度明显轻于对照组（P<0.05），转铁蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、血清纤维连接蛋白水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论八珍汤服用可以减轻老年妇科肿瘤患者 POFS，促进术后康复。
목적：관찰팔진탕시부능억제혹감경노년부과종류환자술후피로종합정（POFS）적정도화지속시간。방법포괄114례노년부과종류수술환자，수궤분위연구조화대조조，매조57례，연구조술전6d개시복용팔진가미탕，1부/d，전수분조만100ml복용，련복6d。수술당천급술후제1d정복，술후제2d기구복팔진탕동술전，련복6d。분별진행피로평분、리세수악력，병측정전철단백、초민C반응단백、섬유련접단백지표。결과술후제7d，연구조피로정도명현경우대조조（P<0.05），전철단백、초민C반응단백、혈청섬유련접단백수평고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론팔진탕복용가이감경노년부과종류환자 POFS，촉진술후강복。
Objective To observe the ef ect of BaZhenDecoction in elderly gynecologic oncology patients with postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS) and its duration. Method:114 cases of elderly gynecologic oncology surgical patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 57 cases in each group. Study group began taking BaZhenDecoction 6 days before surgery, taking 100ml decoction twice per day for 6 days.The patients stopped taking the decoction from the day of surgery to postoperative day 1 and began taking the decoction after the first two days the same as preoperative for 6 days. We measured the fatigue scores, grip strength of potential benefits hand , transferrin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and fibronectin respectively. Result:The fatigue degree of study group was significantly lighter than the control group (P<0.05) and the transferrin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, serum fibronectin levels was higher than the control group (P<0.05) postoperative day 7. Conclusion:Taking BaZhenDecoction can reduce POFS in elderly gynecological cancer patients, promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
