目的：评估妊娠合并心脏病对新生儿体重及预后的影响。方法对佛山市妇幼保健院2003~2012年间患先天性心脏病或风湿性心脏病的54例孕妇采用回顾性群组分析。以同期分娩的60例无心脏病及其它并发症、合并症孕妇作为对照组（病例对照研究）。结果心脏疾病组与正常对照组相比，新生儿出生体重低于正常组，新生儿并发症的发生率高于正常组。不同类型心脏病患者中，孕妇有紫绀组新生儿体重低于孕妇无紫绀组。不同心功能分级之间胎儿体重差异具有统计学意义。结论妊娠合并心脏病，紫绀型心脏病及不同心功能分级与新生儿体重密切相关。早期诊断和评估心脏病类型和心功能状态是改善胎儿预后的重要措施。

Objective: Evaluate the influence of pregnancy with heart disease on neonatal growth and prognosis. Method: Analyzing 54 pregnant women with congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease in Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital by retrospective group analysis. The control group was 60 pregnant women without heart disease or Other complications. Result: Compared with normal control group, heart disease group had a lower neonatal birth weight and a higher incidence of neonatal complications. What is more, in heart disease group, cyanosis group had a lower neonatal birth weight than heart disease without cyanosis group. Fetal weight dif erence is statistical y significant between dif erent heart function classification. Conclusion: Pregnancy with heart disease, cyanosis with heart disease and heart function classification were Closely related to neonatal weight. Early diagnosis and assessment types of heart disease and heart function is one of the important measures to improve the fetal prognosis.
