目的：探讨64排螺旋CT薄层横断（文中所述薄层为0.625mm横断层厚）及VR三维重建在颅骨骨折诊断中的综合应用价值。方法对240例颅骨骨折患者进行了64排CT容积扫描及VR三维重建，并对重建图像进行综合分析。结果5mm横断原始重建图像发现210例颅骨骨折，薄层横断图像发现231例颅骨骨折，VR三维重建图像发现238例颅骨骨折，薄层横断与VR三维重建综合分析，240例骨折全部显示。结论64排螺旋CT薄层横断及VR三维重建综合应用，大大提高了颅骨骨折的确诊率。

Objective To investigate the 64-slice spiral CT thin cross-sectional (as described in the text 0.625mm thin cross-sectional thickness) and VR-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of skul fractures integrated application.
