目的:探讨64排螺旋CT薄层横断(文中所述薄层为0.625mm横断层厚)及VR三维重建在颅骨骨折诊断中的综合应用价值。方法对240例颅骨骨折患者进行了64排CT容积扫描及VR三维重建,并对重建图像进行综合分析。结果5mm横断原始重建图像发现210例颅骨骨折,薄层横断图像发现231例颅骨骨折,VR三维重建图像发现238例颅骨骨折,薄层横断与VR三维重建综合分析,240例骨折全部显示。结论64排螺旋CT薄层横断及VR三维重建综合应用,大大提高了颅骨骨折的确诊率。

목적:탐토64배라선CT박층횡단(문중소술박층위0.625mm횡단층후)급VR삼유중건재로골골절진단중적종합응용개치。방법대240례로골골절환자진행료64배CT용적소묘급VR삼유중건,병대중건도상진행종합분석。결과5mm횡단원시중건도상발현210례로골골절,박층횡단도상발현231례로골골절,VR삼유중건도상발현238례로골골절,박층횡단여VR삼유중건종합분석,240례골절전부현시。결론64배라선CT박층횡단급VR삼유중건종합응용,대대제고료로골골절적학진솔。
Objective To investigate the 64-slice spiral CT thin cross-sectional (as described in the text 0.625mm thin cross-sectional thickness) and VR-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of skul fractures integrated application.
