目的:探索“一对一带教”模式对临床教学质量的影响。方法:对2009年7月-2013年10月入PICU的149名实习同学采用了“一对一带教”方法,观察“一对一带教”模式收效。结果:护生理论知识、专科操作技能以及综合素质考核成绩优秀。结论:“一对一带教”模式,使护生的整体综合能力明显提高,带教老师的内涵也得到了提升,达到了教学相长。

목적:탐색“일대일대교”모식대림상교학질량적영향。방법:대2009년7월-2013년10월입PICU적149명실습동학채용료“일대일대교”방법,관찰“일대일대교”모식수효。결과:호생이론지식、전과조작기능이급종합소질고핵성적우수。결론:“일대일대교”모식,사호생적정체종합능력명현제고,대교로사적내함야득도료제승,체도료교학상장。
Objective:Assess the influence of“one to one”teaching model to the quality of clinical nursing education.Method:“One to one”teaching model was given to 149 nursing students in PICU from July 2009 to October 2013.Theory knowledge,practice skill and comprehensive quality were evaluated at end of their practice.Result:The result of theory knowledge,practice skill and comprehensive quality of nursing students are excellent.Conclusion:Comprehensive ability of both nursing students and teachers are enhanced by“one to one”teaching model.
