目的：对生长抑素联合前列地尔治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法以我院治的100例重症急性胰腺炎患者为对象。随机分组。对照组主要采用生长抑素进行治疗，实验组则采用生长抑素联合前列地尔进行治疗。结果实验组的腹痛缓解时间、肠功能恢复时间以及血淀粉酶时间明显短于对照组，实验组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P <0.05。结论采用生长抑素联合前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗，效果显著，能够有效改善的患者的临床症状，具有较高的安全性，值得推广和普及。

Objective to somatostatin united front, the clinical curative effect of treatment of severe acute pancreatitis were observed and analyzed. Methods in our hospital treated 100 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients as an object. random grouping. control group mainly treated by somatostatin and somatostatin group is used jointly lead to treatment. Results the abdominal pain relief time, bowel function recovery time and blood amylase time significantly shorter than the control group, experimental group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion somatostatin combined lead to treatment in patients with severe acute pancreatitis, obvious effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, patients with higher security, worthy of promotion and popularization.
