目的：探讨中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病之临床疗效。方法：将我院收治神经根型颈椎病130例，随机分为治疗组70例与对照组60例，治疗组给予经方为主治疗，对照组给予颈椎牵引为主治疗。结果：治疗组中治愈17例，显效23例，有效27例，无效3例，总有效率95.71%；对照组中治愈9例，显效16例，有效22例，无效13例，总有效率78.33%。结论：中医综合疗法可有效治疗神经根型颈椎病，临床疗效显著。

목적：탐토중의종합요법치료신경근형경추병지림상료효。방법：장아원수치신경근형경추병130례，수궤분위치료조70례여대조조60례，치료조급여경방위주치료，대조조급여경추견인위주치료。결과：치료조중치유17례，현효23례，유효27례，무효3례，총유효솔95.71%；대조조중치유9례，현효16례，유효22례，무효13례，총유효솔78.33%。결론：중의종합요법가유효치료신경근형경추병，림상료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy cases. Methods:130 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group with 60 cases and the treatment group with 70 cases. The treatment group was given classical prescriptions as main therapy, while the control group was treated with traction. Results:Seventeen cases were cured in the treatment group, 23 cases markedly effective, 27 cases effective, 3 cases failed and the total efficiency rate was 95.71%. Nine cases were cured in the control group, 16 cases markedly effective, 22 cases effective ,13 cases failed and the total efficiency rate was 78.33%. Conclusion:TCM Comprehensive therapy is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and has significant clinical curative effects.
