目的：探讨正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：对137例腰椎间盘突出症采用正脊手法为主的心理、减压、正脊、康复四步法治疗。结果：根据疗效评价标准评价疗效，本组治愈97例（74%）、显效23例（17%）、有效15例（8.9%），无效2例（0.1%）。结论：正脊手法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症，疗效肯定，安全性高，费用低，康复快，适用于在基层医院推广。

목적：탐토정척수법치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：대137례요추간반돌출증채용정척수법위주적심리、감압、정척、강복사보법치료。결과：근거료효평개표준평개료효，본조치유97례（74%）、현효23례（17%）、유효15례（8.9%），무효2례（0.1%）。결론：정척수법종합치료요추간반돌출증，료효긍정，안전성고，비용저，강복쾌，괄용우재기층의원추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods:One hundred and thirty-seven cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with four steps including psychological, decompression, ridge and rehabilitation therapy. Results: According to the efficacy evaluation criteria, 97 cases were cured (74%), 23 cases obviously effective(17%), 15 cases effective (8.9%), 2 cases failed(0.1%). Conclusion:Spinesetting manipulation for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has the advangtages of curative effect, high safety, low cost and quick recovery which is suitable for promotion in the primary hospitals.
