The development of internet technology promotes the applications of the network recruitment in enterprise. At the same time to experiencing the advantages of the network recuritment, the phenomena of information redundancy are becoming more prominent, therefore studies and solves the problems of information redundancy have the importance significance for promoting the development of the network recruitment. This paper introduces the advantages of the network recruitment, and then researchs the causes of information redundancy and makes the measures which are based on the analysis of the characteristics of the information redundancy, and these provide a scientific instruction for solving the problems of information redundancy of network recruitment.
